Viscount Properties' Protocol

• Waiting lists are available for buildings with no vacancy.
• In buildings where utilties are individually metered, you are required to put the utility account(s) under your name and are responsible for payment of same.
• Minimum lease period is 12 months.

Deposit Information

Viscount Properties requires only $300 deposit on all locations with the exception of Blackacres Apartments and Townhomes. Contact us for further details.
